The project combined the Mayer 316L Stainless Steel for hot and cold water reticulation with the Mayer PEX-a Sliding Sleeve for flexible tail-outs.
Custom stainless steel manifolds were also fabricated to suit the constrained layout. Together, the systems gave Semtex Plumbing the strength and clean lines of stainless steel where required, with the flexibility of Mayer PEX-a where space and routing demanded it.
USCO worked alongside the project team to help match each system to its role. That practical, system-led approach kept the focus on how the installation would come together in the real building, rather than trying to make one material do every job.
